Someone shared a wonderful and inspiring story with me today about a 75-year old lady who had just started school so she could learn to read. The 75-year old was excited and encouraged by the words she has learned to recognize already, and thrilled that this experience is opening up a new world of understanding about life, and everything around her. IMAGINE THAT. It was her GOAL to learn to read, AND SHE DID NOT THINK IT WAS TOO LATE TO START. She said, "It's NOT a SHAME not to know, it's a shame NOT TO TRY." YOU GO, Girl!
