YOU have to LIKE YOU: CARE about YOURSELF. TAKE CARE of YOURSELF. GIVE YOURSELF PRAISE and APPROVAL. YOU CAN and YOU SHOULD. SELF-ACCEPTANCE is one SURE WAY OUT of unhappy feelings you may have about yourself. DON'T DWELL on your IMPERFECTIONS. NONE OF US are PERFECT, but ALL OF US are SPECIAL.
